Aquamarina Palm Harbour Marina in Cape Haze, Florida

14 days until Mike and Patty leave Aquamarina!

Day #258: From last evening I beat Mike at cribbage. We were up at 6:45 A.M. for coffee, cookies, grapefruit and cookies. Very cloudy and 63 degrees outside so we extended coffee a bit longer. The two of us took a 3.0 mile walk. The sun tried to come out a few times which warmed up the air temperature. When we got back to the boat the two of us went to the flying bridge to do some cleanup getting ready for departure in 2 weeks. The weather forecast for this afternoon into Tuesday afternoon is for rain. After getting ice, filling up the gas can and talking to Renee in service (about one additional time of having the diver check the haul below the water line) and filling the water bottles it was time for lunch onboard. At 12:00 P.M. the two of us decided that they were going to have a leisurely afternoon of reading. We tried at 1:00 P.M. to go up to the flying bridge as the sun would try to come out but the bugs were biting so Mike and Patty headed back into the boat. At 4:00 P.M. we had a dolphin in the marina basin behind the "Parrot Bay". There are times when I see the dolphins today I could heard the dolphins just outside of the window of the boat. The day turned very cloudy with sprinkles.   After dinner it was time for blogging, reading, phone calls and text with friends.
Mike and I saw the biggest dragon fly that either of them have ever seen.
