Collins Bay Marina in Kingston, ON

Day #368: From last evening I beat Mike at cribbage. One rain shower through the night and sprinkles this morning.  The two of us were up at 6:15 A.M. for coffee, grapefruit, mini apple strudel and cookies. We decided to take a down day in Collins Bay Marina after traveling for five days straight.  Mike and I worked on boat jobs in the morning changing the sheets and cleaning. Mike worked on navigation to Belleville for Monday. We then worked on a plan for the Trent-Severn Waterway.  It appears that it will take the two 11-12 days to complete the waterway.  When it was cloudy the temperatures were tolerable but when the sun would come out it was extremely hot. We headed up to the flying bridge to do some reading but it clouded up and starting raining so the two headed back into the cabin. We worked on a bit more paperwork until the rain stopped the two of us headed back up to the flying bridge for happy hour. The sun eventually came back out and the humidity dropped making it more comfortable to sit outside with the sun shining. For dinner I made personal pan pizzas onboard the boat. At 7:30 P.M. it was time for reading and blogging. The plan is for Mike and I to stay one more day at Collins Bay Marina as the winds are suppose to be gusting 20-25 miles per hour.

Mike took this picture of last evenings sky before the two played cribbage.

I took this picture after Mike and I played cribbage what beautiful colors at sunset.
