Day #255: From last night I beat Mike at cribbage. We were up at 6 A.M. for laundry. After laundry was started it was time for coffee, grapefruit and cookies. At 8:00 A.M. both loads of laundry were completed. Mike put together the three wheeled stroller, we headed to the post office and Publix. The two of us got groceries as there is a predication of rain starting on Saturday through Wednesday. When the two of us returned to the boat we put groceries away. Mike and I sat down to work on their trip plans for Fort Myers, FL to Port St. Lucie, FL on the Caloosahatchee River were we will across Lake Okeechobee. After lunch we headed out to the pool. The clouds had moved in but the temperature was 72 degrees and very warm. Sue joined us at the pool. At 6:00 P.M. after a great day at the pool Mike headed out to cook hot dogs on the grill. I worked on cleaning strawberries and making the chili for chili cheese hot dogs. The two of us had dinner during we started to watching a live stream of Delta IV WGS-10 rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. The launch had already been moved from 6:56 P.M. to 7:11 P.M. The two of us went up to the flying bridge knowing that we most likely would not be able to see the rocket through the clouds and when we got up to the flying bridge the launch went into a hold. At 7:53 P.M. the rocket still had not launched due to some technical difficulties that were being worked on. The team had until 9:05 P.M. before the launch most likely would need to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, even if the rocket does launch the likelihood of the two of us being able to see the rocket with the cloud cover is was very unlikely. Due to the delay the two of us headed into the boat for the night for reading and relaxing.
