31 days until Mike and Patty get underway again!
Day #241: From last evening Mike beat me at cribbage (a skunk-almost a double skunk). We were up at 6:30 A.M. for coffee, cookies and grapefruit. After breakfast Mike put together the stroller. At 8:30 A.M. we headed over to "It's OK 2" where the two of us were joined by David and Jan as it was time to say "goodbye" to Kyle and Ed who are heading back to Demopolis, AL. Kyle and Ed were underway at 8:37 A.M. Mike and I headed to Publix with the stroller to get some groceries. At 10:30 A.M. after putting the groceries away the two of us headed to the pool. Ed texted that they had made it safely to Sarasota, FL Later in the afternoon Mike and I were joined by David, Jan, Larry, Sheryl, Sue and Betsy at the pool. The day was beautiful with highs of 82 degrees, sunny and warm. At 5:00 P.M. it was time to head back to the boat as the no-see-ums came out in droves. After dinner it was time for some quiet time on the "Parrot Bay" that consisted of blogging and reading.
