Day#202: Mid-30's this morning but sunny. Up at 6:00 A.M. in the Palm Island Mainland Condos for coffee, grapefruit and cookies. At 7:20 A.M. at the boat to launch the dinghy. At 8:00 A.M. Ed, Kyle and Bruce at "Parrot Bay" to help with deployment to the travel lift. At 8:25 A.M. travel-lift slings were in the water indicating that marina staff ready for "Parrot Bay". Mike and Kyle on the boat moving boat to travel lift. "Parrot Bay" at travel lift at 8:30 A.M. back sling in position but front sling unable to move as "Parrot Bay" was sitting in the mud due to the very low tide this A.M. Need to wait until tide increases so that boat will float so that front sling can get repositioned to lift the boat. Mike and I using Navionics and Excel spreadsheet to do route planning for trip when we leave Aquamarina Palm Harbour. At 11:20 A.M. the marina crew were finally able to reposition the front sling and lift the boat. The crew started to power wash the bottom of the boat. After lunch Mike went back to the boat removing the last of the food on the boat so that if the marina staff need to move the boat inside they are able to unplug the boat (there is no power in the barn) so that they can paint the bottom in the event that it rains. The weather forecast for Wednesday evening and Thursday is for rain. The staff here at the marina has been great working with us as they know that we only have the condo until Friday. The crew in the afternoon started to sand the bottom of the boat. Mike and I walked to the Publix for a few grocery items. After the walk it was time for some relaxation out on the porch of the condo. Mike and I were invited to have docktails on board "Camelot" with Larry and Sheryl. At 6:15 P.M. we headed back to the condo for dinner which was a can of raviolis (the can traveled 2844 miles) and toast. After dinner clean up it was time for blogging and reading.
