Kingfisher Marina in Demopolis, Alabama

Day #124: Up at 6:30 A.M. for coffee, grapefruit, cookies/pumpkin bread. Sunny, breezy and cool morning.  Mike signed up for the courtesy car at 10:00 A.M. so that we could go to provision. Mike pumped out our black water tank right at our boat slip for no charge. We did a few boat jobs before getting the keys to the courtesy vehicle we grabbed Bruce and Bev heading off shopping. We went to the Walmart Superstore in Demopolis, we found out that they do not sell beer/liquor until 11 A.M. After provisioning we headed back to the marina. But before we headed back we had to stop at the Marathon station to put .5 gallon of fuel into the gas tank, making sure that we had the receipt to give to Anna-Marie, we called to let her know that we were on our way back to the marina. When we arrive with our groceries Anna-Marie met us took the car keys and receipt for the fuel. Clouds moved in just after lunch waiting for the rain to start this afternoon. Mike and I worked on some boat jobs followed by paperwork. At 5:00 P.M. we went to a combination Captain's Meeting and docktails. The boats that will be leaving in the morning got together to talk about plans for leaving. Talked to Karen from "Island Girl" indeed she broke her foot. She has an appointment with and orthopedic surgeon tomorrow. We have had steady rain late afternoon continuing into the evening. Time for Sunday night Facetime/phone calls.
Mike just completing pumping out our black water tank. It was free and we were able to do it ourselves.

Baby turtle.

This was in the water it was dead. Bruce thinks that it is a water moccasin. YUCK!

Football day! Of course Detroit Lions lost to the Minnesota Vikings.
