Grand Harbor in Counce, Tennessee

Day #108: From last evening after the condo association meeting Mike and I walked up to the resort on our way we saw about 15 gar fish floating and jumping in one of the slips. We received our mail that we had sent from our mailbox service to the marina. THANK YOU!!! to my mom Rose and my sister Krista for the Fall/Halloween care package. They packed decorations and sweet/salty treats for both Fall and Halloween.  All were very much appreciated. Up at 6:30 A.M. for coffee, nectarine and cookies. Boat jobs and paperwork were completed this morning including washing the rugs and washing the floors in the cabin. We decided to go for a walk but before we could do so Blake a gentleman here at the marina asked Mike if he could walk down the dock to see our boat. Mike started to talk to Blake while I was able to met Lee from "Sea Trolley" who is docked next to us. Rob from "Sea Trolley" started to talk to Mike and Blake. After about one hour of conversations Mike and I headed for a walk in the resort. After our walk Mike and I had happy hour. It was a steady parade of looper boats either stopping here at Grand Harbor or heading to Aqua Yacht Marina. We helped "Always Trust Your Cape" who are loopers into their slip. I received a text from "Tyche" Jay and Penny let us know about their day today as they were able to easily transit four locks on the Tenn-Tom. I helped a gentleman get to the gas dock. While we were busy helping people I received a text from "TxAu" (Texas Gold) who we have not seen since Heritage Harbor.  They were anchoring out this evening before heading to Aqua. Nancy and I were texting as we are hoping to get together Saturday or Sunday. It will be great to see Nancy and Greg as we have fond memories of the Joliet Wall, three locks and Heritage Harbor. Rain is predicted for tonight. Mike and I are in for the evening planning on cribbage and college football.
Gar fish in the dark.

Thanks Mom and Krista for the great care package.

We decorated the boat for fall. There are more colored leaves on our boat than we have seen all trip.

We are so festive on the "Parrot Bay".
