Aquamarina Palm Harbour Marina in Cape Haze, Florida

Day #228: From last night I won at cribbage. The two of us were up at 6:00 A.M. for coffee, grapefruit, cookies and mini lemon poppy seed muffins. After breakfast Mike worked on a few boat jobs.  He topped off the batteries with distilled water, flushed the wash down pump and worked on the independent depth sounder. I made the potluck dessert for the Valentine's Day Party at the marina this evening. After jobs it was time for the t two of us to launch the dinghy heading to Don Pedro State Park. We had fun beachcombing. We ran into David and Jan on the beach as they were beachcombing as well. After lunch onboard we walked to Publix to get a few items. Upon returning to the marina we headed to the pool where Larry and Sheryl had saved us beach chairs. Kyle and Ed had already made it to the pool and David and Jan soon joined the group. At 4:00 P.M. it was time for the group to head back to their boats to get ready for the party. At 6:00 P.M. David, Jan, Ed, Kyle, Mike and I all sat together at the potluck. As always the food at the potluck was amazing.  After the party it was time for blogging and reading for Mike and I.

Beautiful view this morning of the waterway canal into Don Pedro Island State Park.

This osprey was having issues as the fish was to large to pick up and fly. As the osprey got the fish to the shore it was soon joined by another osprey.

Valentine decorations for the Liveaboard Valentine's Potluck.

Beautiful roses decorated the tables for the party along with chocolate hearts.
